12th October.

It was fun as after I finished cleaning my house, I met An and we went to TM. We break fast together at Long John when suddenly Shameer came to us. He didn't eat though, he just sat there and ate Tic-tac and helped An finish his meal. After that I dragged the both of them to watch-shop. It was fun anyway to go shopping for watches. I asked for An's opinion and after several shops, he finally fell in love with a SPECIAL EDITION Levi's brown watch. It is very nice, it costs $139. After trying it, I bought the watch and kept it inside my bag. I told them that the watch was meant for my brother-in-law as I broke his previous watch.
Later, Shameer went to Geylang and the both of us went to An's house. His mum asked me to eat some of the kuihs but I told her that those are for Hari Raya and it's not even Raya yet. So I refused to eat it. At around 11pm before I planned to go home, I asked An to try out the watch once again. I told him I wanted to see him wear a watch. He refused at first as he said that it wasn't his and he doesn't like putting on other's belongings. When I insisted, he finally wore it. And that was the moment when I told him that I had actually bought that watch for him and the whole brother-in law thingy was a lie. It was a 3-in-1 gift. Wanna know why? Well, it was because Hari Raya was the next day, which is on a Saturday. Next Saturday will be our 1year 1 month anniversary. And the following Saturday will be his birthday. So, that present was meant for all the 3 special days. You should really see the watch and see how much he loves the it. =)

13th October.

It was well celebrated. 1st I went to Pasir Ris where my grandmother was. I didn't eat much there as I was too full. I just drank the "whatever" drink that was served. It was such a hot day especially when there were not enough fans for everyone. Everybody at my dad's side were saying. "Eh, Amalina dah besar eh, cantik." "Eh, Amalina masih sekolah lagi ke? Ke tgh kerje aje skarang?" I really hate that question! Why must they ask me whether I'm still schooling or not? Of course I am. You don't expect me to just work with no education, do you? ARGH. I get really pissed off over stupid questions like that.
2nd house was Dian's house where my Mak Ngah was. It was much more fun over my mum's side, I can never deny. Dian is so cute with that tiny orange kebaya. She refused to follow anyone except her own family, my mum, my dad and me. No one else could even touch her as she would start screaming her head off. At around 11pm we all went home and I slept the moment I washed my face and landed on my mattress.

14th October.

Nothing much happened. Just that some people with no basic manners came to my house without telling us at least 5minutes in advance. My mum and I really hate it when somebody just come to our house without advance notice. Come on people, respect us. We have to change to our nicer clothes. I was still with my shorts and my mum wasn't wearing her tudong. We ran into our rooms and changed while my dad entertained them. I was so mad at them. Why can't they just use their bloody handphones and inform us they're coming? Look, it's not as if we will not let you in, but please, respect and manners is definitely needed here.
After all 6 families went home, my family got ready to leave the house. We went to 3 houses. All are from my mum's side.

15th October.

I went to An's house and his aunt, Mami, was there. I sat and drank Bandung that was served. We talked nonsense all the way. An, his sister, and his younger brother, were giving me and Mami some teka-teki which I was able to answer most of it. After joking and laughing, it was time for me to go. I had plans with An. So then, I salam his mother and mintak ampun and everything. (I got duit raya from his mum already.) Then salam Mami and mintak ampun. (Got duit raya from her also.) Lastly, salam his sister and also, mintak ampun. Then off we went jalan2. When I got home, a lot from my mum's side was at home but I wasn't pissed as they already told from morning that they were coming.

16th October.

Nothing interesting, really. Just stayed at home and watch TV. An is sick. Get well soon my dear. =(
